嫩江下游林区黑线仓鼠消化道形态的季节变化

摘  要:
[目的]研究嫩江下游黑线仓鼠的消化策略与适应模式。[方法]采用铗日法获取嫩江下游人工林区的黑线仓鼠样本,选择成年个体进行体尺测量,解剖后测量消化道各器官的长度、鲜重及干重。[结果]黑线仓鼠的胃长度、胃鲜重和胃干重均在春夏季较大,而秋季较小;小肠和盲肠的长度随季节变化差异极显著(春夏季较长,秋季较短),而其鲜重与干重的季节性差异不显著;大肠春季长度显著长于夏秋季,而其鲜重和干重无显著的季节性变化。[结论]黑线仓鼠在不同季节采取不同的消化策略,以提高消化和吸收效率,从而更好地适应食物质量和能量需求的变化。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to research the digestion strategy and adaptation model of Cricetulus barabensis in downstream of Nenjiang river.[Method] The C.barabensis samples were obtained from man-made forest region in downstream of Nenjiang river by using trapday method.Then the adult individuals were selected for body measurement and the lengths,fresh and dry weights of organs in their digestive canals were measured after anatomy.[Result] The length,fresh and dry weights of stomach in C.barabensis were bigger in spring and summer and smaller in autumn.The seasonal difference of lengths of intestine and blindgut was extremely significant;they were longer in spring and summer and shorter in autumn and the seasonal difference of their fresh and dry weights was not significant.The length of large intestine in spring was significantly longer than that in summer and autumn and its fresh and dry weights had no significant seasonal variation.[Conclusion] C.barabensis adopted different digestion strategies in different seasons for enhancing digestive and absorption efficiency.Thereby,it could adapt to the variation of food weight and energy demand better.
