文雅自然保护区野生山葡萄硬枝扦插生根实验初报

摘  要：
运用9种不同处理方法对文雅自然保护区内野生山葡萄(Vitis Quinquangularis)硬枝进行扦插生根试验研究.试验结果显示,不同处理对扦插生根率产生显著的影响;不同药物不同浓度对扦插生根无显著影响;500mg/L浸泡0.5h的吲哚丁酸处理效果最佳.试验结果为该保护区推广种植野生山葡萄提供科学依据.

摘  要：
With nine kinds of different processing methods on stiff stem cuttage rooting experiment for Vitis Quinquangularis in Wenya Nature Reserve,the result shows that cuttage rooting rate is obviously different from diffrent treatment method,but with different drugs with different concentrations,the cuttage rooting rate,no significant influence;the best effect is the stiff stem soaked by 500mg/L IBA for half hour.Test results can provide scientific basis for extensive cultivation of wild Vitis Quinquangularis in Wenya Nature Reserve.
