不同杀菌剂对苹果霉心病菌的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
为筛选防治苹果霉心病高效、低毒、低残留的药剂,采用生长速率法测定了6种杀菌剂对苹果霉心病菌(粉红单端孢菌,Trichothecium roseum Bull)的室内毒力。结果表明,6种药剂对苹果霉心病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果不同,涂干剂EC抑菌效果最好,其EC50为3.715μg/mL;78%波尔.锰锌WP、70%丙森锌WP及10%苯醚甲环唑WG的抑菌效果差别不大,EC50在19.011~87.700μg/mL之间;80%代森锰锌WGEC50为7.161μg/mL,抑菌效果也较好;75%百菌清WP的抑菌效果较差,EC50为3 169.567μg/mL。

摘  要:
The indoor toxicity of 6 fungicides to apple mold core rot was determined by the growth speed rate method to screen out the fungicides with high-efficiency,low-toxicity and low-residue.The results showed that different fungicides had different inhibition effect on mycelium growth of apple mold core rot.The coating agent EC had the best effect whose EC50 was 3.715μg/mL.The EC50 of 78% bordeaux mixture· mancozeb WP,70% propineb WP and 10% difenoconazole WG had little distinction,which were 19.011-87.700 μg/mL.80% mancozeb WG had better effect with EC50 of 7.161 μg/mL.And 75% chlorothalonil WP had bad inhibition effect,the EC50 was 3 169.567 μg/mL.
