盐胁迫下三种处理对野生地肤萌发的缓解效应

摘  要:
以赤霉素、水杨酸及吸湿-回干法分别对野生地肤种子进行盐胁迫缓解效应的研究。实验结果表明:300mmol/L和350mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,200 mg/L和250mg/L赤霉素对野生地肤盐胁迫伤害有明显的缓解效应;5mmol/L水杨酸对野生地肤盐胁迫伤害缓解效果最佳;300mmol/L和350mmol/LNaCl胁迫下吸湿-回干法处理可以明显改善种子的萌发能力。三种不同处理方法的效果,以赤霉素处理为最好,其次是水杨酸,再次为吸湿-回干法。

摘  要:
Alleviation effects of the gibberellins,salicylic acid and moisture-dry on wild Wancomponents(Kochia scoparia(L) Schrad)seeds under NaCl stress were investigated.The results indicated that 200mg/L(250mg/L)GA3 had remarkable alleviation effects on wild Wancomponens under 300mmol/L(350mmol/L) NaCl stress,and 5mmol/L SA so.Under 300mmol/L(350mmol/L) NaCl stress,germination index,relative electric conductivity and relative water content were improved apparently by the moisture-back dry application compared to control.The best treating way is gibberellins,followed by acid,third was for moisture-back dry.
