摘 要：
为探究野生地肤的发芽特性,本试验对其休眠期、浸种时间、催芽温度等多项指标进行了测定。结果表明:野生地肤的休眠期为一个月左右,属于休眠期短的种子类型;浸种时间和催芽温度最佳处理组合为4h、20℃;在温度20℃、浸种4h的条件下,泠藏的野生地肤种子发芽率没有变化,但是发芽势增加,常温下贮藏发芽率、发芽势都有所增加;三种不同果皮颜色类型的种子的发芽率、发芽势以褐色为最好,其次是红色的,最差的是绿色的种子。

摘 要：
With the aim of finding the seeds germinalion of Belvedere Fruit(Kochia scoparia(L.) Schrad.),some indexes,fox example dormant period,the budding temperature,the souking seeds time.and so on,are measured in this experiment.The dormant period is around one month,belonging to short dormant period seed type;The soaking seeds time and the budding temperature is 4h,20℃;In the temperature of 20℃,after being soaked for 4h,seed-germination percentage of the seeds in cold storage does not have change,but the germination tendency increases;Under the normal temperature,the seed-germination percentage,the germination tendency all have the increase;Among the three kinds of different peel color,the brown type has the best seed-germination percentage and the germination tendency,next is red,worst is the green seed.
