摘  要:
本试验利用荧光定量检测技术检测生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M_1,最低检出限为0.047μg/L;取空白生鲜乳样品按0.05μg/L、0.1μg/L黄曲霉毒素M_1标准品进行添加,回收率均在90.00%~110.00%之间。各添加浓度批内、批间变异系数均低于15%;用该黄曲霉毒素M_1荧光定量检测卡和仪器法分别对50份生鲜乳盲样进行测定,结果全部相符,提示该法简便快捷、检测结果可靠,可用于黄曲霉毒素M_1的快速检测。

摘  要:
The detection limit of aflatoxin M_1 in fresh milk was 0.047μg/L by fluorescence quantitative analysis. The blank fresh milk samples were added with 0.05μg/L and 0.1μg/L aflatoxin M_1 standard, and the recoveries were between 90.00% and 110.00%. The coefficient of variation(CV) in batches and between batches of each concentration was less than 15%. Totally 50 fresh milk samples were determined by the aflatoxin M_1 fluorescence quantitative detection card and instrumental method respectively, and the results were all consistent.
