摘  要:
碳氢化合物是昆虫表皮蜡层中的主要成分 ,利用气相色谱技术或气谱 质谱联用技术对其进行分析 ,并以此为依据对昆虫进行分类鉴定 ,是近十几年来昆虫分类学发展的一个方面 ,主要用于近缘种及种下类群的研究。该文概述了这类化合物的研究方法及应用情况。

摘  要:
The methods for studying hydrocarbons and their applications to taxonomy are reviewed.Hydrocarbons are major and abundant components of insect epicuticle, the most external layer of insect cuticle. A highly sensitive method for their characterization is gas chromatography (GC)with capillary columns and various detectors, including mass spectrometry (MS) that gives structural information directly. According to the characterization of hydrocarbons, some insects can be discriminated from their sibling species and are studied among subspecies.
