超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定冬枣中苦参碱残留

摘  要:
建立了超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定冬枣中苦参碱残留的快速检测方法。试样用乙腈提取,UPLC-MS/MS测定,电喷雾电离,正离子模式,多反应检测(MRM)。方法最低检出限为0.6μg/kg,添加回收率为87.3%~101.6%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.0%。

摘  要:
A UPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of matrine residue in date. The samples was extracted by acetonitrile, matrine residue identification was achieved by electrospray ionization in positive mode (ESI +), using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The limit of detection was 0.6 μg/kg. The average spiked recoveries in the range of 87.3-101.6%. The RSDs were 1.2-5.0%.
