Within a hundred years,Stanford University has become one of the first ranking universities of the world.An important reason is that it has the scientific idea of the developing plan.Through planning to review and comb the idea of the developing plan of Stanford University,this article opens the vision field of the developing plan,riches resource of the developing plan,and expects to provide the model of scientificly formulating the developing plan for the universities of China.
