摘 要：
为了解广西壮族自治区南宁市市售蛙和蛇体内裂头蚴的感染情况,2011年11月至2012年10月,在南宁各农贸市场购买632只蛙(其中泽蛙617只,其他蛙类15只)、158条蛇(其中眼镜蛇49条,滑鼠蛇105条,其他蛇类4条),逐只(条)用蠕虫学完全剖检术检查裂头蚴感染情况,随机取一次收集的裂头蚴感染试验动物猫,待裂头蚴发育至成虫阶段后,对成虫的形态学特征进行观察以鉴定。结果表明,蛙裂头蚴平均感染率为10.92%,其中泽蛙感染率为11.18%,感染强度为1条~24条,其他蛙感染率为0;蛇裂头蚴平均感染率为22.15%,其中眼镜蛇、滑鼠蛇、其他蛇类感染率分别为8.16%、29.52%和0,感染强度分别1条、1条~208条和0。剖检试验动物猫后可收集到成虫的10个头节,经鉴定为欧猥迭宫绦虫(Spirometra erinaceieuropaei)。结果表明,南宁市市售蛙、蛇均存在一定数量的裂头蚴感染,且感染率较高,感染强度大,存在一定的食品安全隐患。

摘 要：
The prevalence of plerocercoid infection in frogs and snakes was investigated in Nanning of Guangxi,China.During the period of November 2011 to September 2012,632frogs and 158 snakes were bought from markets in Nanning and examined for the infection of plerocercoids.The examined frogs consisted of 617 Rana limnocharis and 15 other species,while the examined snakes consisted of 49 Naja atra,105 Ptyas mucosus and 4 other species.Cats were infected with collected plerocercoids for obtaining the adult worms.The average infection rate in frogs was 10.92%and the infection rate in R.limnocharis was 11.18%.The infection intensity in frogs was 1-24 plerocercoids per frog.The average infection rate in snakes was 22.15%,and the infection rate in N.atra,P.mucosus and the other species were 8.16%,29.52%and 0,respectively.The infection intensity in N.atraand P.mucosus were 1and 1-208 plerocercoids per snake,respectively.The adult worms collected form cats were identified as Spirometra erinaceieuropaei.The infection rate of plerocercoids in frogs and snakes in Nanning is high,which poses a threat to the health of local people.
