基于RFID的胴体分割信息系统研究与实现

摘  要:
为解决传统猪肉胴体分割生产中人工数据采集低效易错的问题,顺应国家"互联网+"战略的要求,将RFID技术引入传统猪肉分割生产,构建了基于RFID技术的胴体分割信息系统。利用RFID技术完成胴体分割过程中的数据自动采集,并采用了基于混沌序列的FSA算法以有效抑制标签碰撞发生概率。结果表明:系统测试和运行中,该信息系统能够满足胴体分割企业的实际需求,为企业生产的自动化和数据管理信息化提供支持。

摘  要:
In order to solve the inefficient and error-prone problem of manual data collection in pork split production, conform to national "Internet+" strategy, and bring RFID technology into the traditional pork split production, a split information system based on RFID technology was constructed. RFID technology was used to complete the automatic data acquisition in the process of split production, and the FSA algorithm based on chaotic system was used to effectively suppress the probability of tags collision. The results showed that the information system could better improve the actual needs of the pork split enterprises and provide support for production automation and data management information.
