云斑尖塘鳢不同组织同工酶的研究

摘  要:
采用垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳技术对云斑尖塘鳢(Oxyeleotris marmoratus Bleeker)的鳍、鳃、肌肉、肝脏、眼睛、心脏、脾脏和性腺8种组织中的4种同工酶(LDH,MDH,SOD,EST)进行了研究,并对其同工酶位点及其酶谱表型进行了分析。结果表明,云斑尖塘鳢4种同工酶系统具有不同程度的组织特异性。EST由4个基因位点编码;LDH酶带多于典型的5条,并且眼睛中存在LDH-C4;SOD同工酶酶带丰富,共检测到14条酶带;MDH具有上清液型(s-MDH)和线粒体型(m-MDH)两种类型。

摘  要:
Four isozymes(EST,LDH,SOD and MDH) from eight tissues(fin,branchia,muscle,1iver,eye,heart,spleen and gonad) of 0xyeleotris marmoratus Bleeker were analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis.The results showed that these four isozymes had different degrees of tissue specificity.EST was encoded by four loci;LDH enzymatic had more than typical 5 bands of teleost,and LDH-C4 was identified in eye;SOD bands encoded by 3 loci were rich as 14 bands were detected in all eight tissues;two types of MDH,m-MDH and s-MDH,were identified.
