摘 要：
[目的]建立提取紫丁香叶中原儿茶酸的方法。[方法]以紫丁香叶为原料,以无水乙醇为提取剂,以原儿茶酸含量为考察指标,进行正交试验,选取料液比、提取次数、提取温度和提取时间为影响因素对紫丁香叶原儿茶酸提取工艺进行优化。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:料液比为13∶0,提取时间为4 h,温度为65℃,在此条件下提取率达0.075 9 mg/g。[结论]利用溶剂提取紫丁香叶中的原儿茶酸的方法具有可行性。

摘 要：
[Objective]To establish the extraction method of protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata Lindl.leaves.[Method]With Syringa oblata leaves as raw material,absolute ethanol as solvent,the content of protocatechuic acid as the inspection index,an orthogonal experiment was carried out by selecting the material-liquid ratio,extraction times,extraction temperature and extraction time to optimize the extraction technology of protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata leaves.[Result]The optimum extraction technology was:material-liquid ratio 1∶30,extraction time 4 h,and temperature 65 ℃.Yield of protocatechuic acid was 0.075 9 mg/g under this condition.[Conclusion]It was feasible to extract protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata leaves by the solvent-extraction process.
