甘露寡糖对樱桃谷鸭生产性能、营养物质利用及盲肠菌群的影响

摘  要:
樱桃谷鸭日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%甘露寡糖,分析其对肉鸭生产性能、营养物质利用率及盲肠pH、主要菌群的影响。结果表明,添加0.1%的甘露寡糖可使肉鸭期末体重提高5.96%;平均日增重提高6.65%;干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白的利用率分别提高9.21%、22.09%和10.64%;盲肠乳酸杆菌数量显著升高,大肠杆菌和pH显著降低。表明以添加0.1%甘露寡糖效果最好,其次为添加0.2%、0.4%和0.05%甘露寡糖。

摘  要:
In order to analyze the effects of mannan-oligosaccharide(MOS) on the production performance,nutriments digestibility,pH and main microflora in caecum contents,0.05%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.4% MOS were added into cherry valley meat duck diets.The results showed that in 0.1% group,the final weight increased by 5.96%;the average daily weight gain increased by 6.65%;the efficiency of dry matter,crude ash,CP increased by 9.21%,22.09%,10.64%,respectively;the amounts of Lactobacillus significantly increased;E.coli and pH of caecum contents significantly decreased;the efficacy of MOS were in turn 0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.05% groups.
