酶法合成对羟基苯甘氨酸工艺研究

摘  要:
该文通过生物酶法合成中对酶反应的各项条件比色法的测定,结果表明,在温度40℃、pH值8.5、底物浓度4%、酶浓度80mg/m L条件下,酶活力最高,金属离子Co~(2+)、Mn~(2+)和Ni~(2+)对酶活力有促进作用,从而使酶反应的转化率和产品的收率达到最大化,进而可以运用于其工业化的生产。

摘  要:
Enzymatic is to obtain optical pure D-hydroxy phenyl glycine on important way. Based on the enzymaticsynthesis of enzyme reaction in the conditions for the determination of colorimetric method,it is concluded that theenzyme reaction optimum temperature of 40 ℃,the optimum pH value of 8.5,the optimum substrate concentrationwas 4%,the optimal enzyme concentration was 80 mg/mL and metal ions can improve the enzyme reaction dynamic Co~(2+) ,Mn~(2+) and Ni~(2+) ,etc. So that the enzyme reaction conversion and product yield to maximize,and can be applied tothe industrialized production.
