小型蚕座消毒喷粉机的研制

摘  要：
为解决小蚕饲养过程中蚕座消毒手工操作效率低、劳动强度大、环境污染等问题,研制了一种便携式的蚕座消毒喷粉机。该机利用可变速的直流电机驱动离心风机,采用气力喷粉原理,具有结构简单、使用方便、风量和喷粉量可调、省工高效等特点,喷粉质量和作业效率均可满足生产实际需要,具有良好的推广应用前景。

摘  要：
To solve the problem of low efficiency,labor strength and environment pollution of the disinfection in raising small silkworm,a portable powder spraying machine of disinfection for rearing of silkworms was development.The principle of wind power dusting was adopted with the variable speed Dc motor to drive the centrifugal fan.It has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient use,high efficiency,labor-saving and the wind speed and flow rate can adjustable.The machine has a good application prospect.
