云南苹果腐烂病调查及发生规律初步研究

摘  要：
在苹果生长季节采用目测法对云南省昭通市苹果树腐烂病进行普查及发病规律调查,结果显示:在昭通市苹果树腐烂病的总体病株率达到29.6%,病疤率达到41.6%。云南昭通各地发生为害程度差别较大。病疤类型以新生病疤为主,主要出现在主干或中心干上,向阳面偏多。树龄大和营养状况差仍然是腐烂病发生的重要因素。剪锯口发病最多,冻伤、分支裂口对腐烂病的发生也有影响。在苹果生长季节,4—5月下旬病疤直径增长相对较快,6—9月中旬,病疤直径增长缓慢,中间出现两次小的波动,秋季再次出现小的病疤面积增长小高峰。本研究为云南省苹果腐烂病的综合防控和苹果产业发展措施制定提供了科学依据。

摘  要：
Apple valsa canker was investigated at apple growing season in 2012,in Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province.The results showed that the overall rate of diseased trees reached 29.6%,cankers rate 41.6%.Across the investigation spot,different areas showed different infecting rates of apple canker.Specifically,most of canker were newly infected and mainly occurred at the trunk or center main trunk on the sunward side.Intensive analysis indicated that the tree age and nutritional status may affect disease accidence.Most cankers appeared at pruning wound and some ones at the frozen injury or wound of branch.During growing season disease scar diameter increased sharply in late A-pril-May and declined June to mid-September,and a second increasing peak of scar diameter appeared in autumn.Our investigation provides the information for apple valsa canker integrative control in Yunnan Province.
