城市人"身份认同"对农村宅基地使用权流转的影响研究 -基于浙江温州农户的调查

摘  要：
"身份认同"经济学理论认为,与"身份认同"相对应的观念和社会规范会影响到个体的决策与行为.本文尝试将这一理论引入农村宅基地流转领域,分析城市人"身份认同"对农户宅基地使用权流转意愿和行为的影响,并基于温州农户的调查进行了实证分析.研究结果表明,是否拥有城市人"身份认同"显著影响农户宅基地流转意愿和流转行为.认同自己是城市人的农户,有着更强的流转意愿和更高比例的流转参与率,稳健性检验仍然支持上述结论.进一步的机制探索表明,城市人"身份认同"会通过农村退出效应和城市进入效应来激励农户流转宅基地使用权.因此,实现宅基地"三权分置"和有效激活农村宅基地使用权流转市场,不能忽视城镇化因素的作用,需要加快推进农村人口的城市融入.

摘  要：
The "identity"economic theory holds that the concepts and social norms corresponding to identity will affect individual decision-making and behavior. This paper attempts to introduce this theory into the field of rural homestead circulation,analyzes the influence of citizen identity on the willingness and behavior of farmers' homestead use rights,and conducts an empirical analysis based on the Wenzhou famers' questionnaire.It is found that citizen "identity"can significantly affect the willingness and turnover of farmer's homestead.People who identify themselves as "Citizen"have a stronger willingness to transfer and a higher proportion of turnover participation,and the stability test supports the above conclusions. Further exploration of the mechanism shows that on the one hand,"Citizen identity"can promote circulation through "rural exit effect".On the other hand,it can encourage farmers to transfer use right of homestead through"urban entry effect".This paper suggests that the activation of rural homestead use rights transfer market cannot ignore the impact of urbanization factors,and it is necessary to accelerate the urban integration of rural population.
