乌蔹梅的组织培养及快速繁殖研究

摘  要:
采用生长旺盛的乌蔹梅茎段为培养材料,进行芽的生长与分化,试管苗生根、继代、留茬继代、移栽、扦插和移植的研究。结果证明:1/2MS+IAA0.2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是芽生长培养的理想培养基;MS+BA0.4mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是乌蔹莓生长芽分化增殖的理想培养基;1/2MS+IAA0.3mg/L是乌蔹莓试管苗生根培养的理想培养基;生根试管苗可以连续进行3次留茬继代培养,平均每代的繁殖系数为3.1;在温室的苗床上试管苗移栽和扦插成活率在90%左右;移栽和扦插成活的试管苗移植到花坛上的成活率近100%;移植的试管苗当年可以正常开花结实,且生长旺盛,根系发达。

摘  要:
The vigorous growth stem of Cayratia japonica was used as culture material to study the growth and differentiation of bud,rooting,subculture and transplantation of tube seedling.The results showed that the ideal medium for the growth of buds was 1/2 MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;the ideal medium for the differentiation of buds was MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;the ideal medium for the rooting of tube seedlings was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L.The rooted seedlings could subculture three times continuously and the average ratio of multiplication was 3.1.The survival rate of tube seedlings was 90% for the transplanting and cutting in the bed of green house.The survival rate of transplanted and cut seedlings was 100% in the flower bed.The transplanted seedlings grew well and also can be blooming and seeding in the same year.
