稻属种间杂种(Oryza sativa×O.latifolia)再生植株的形态与染色体变化

摘  要:
供试材料 种间杂种[O.sativa(AA,2n=24)×O.latifolia(CCDD,2n=48)]F_1的幼穗,杂种基因型是异源三倍体(ACD)3n=36。利用幼穗诱导愈伤组织与再生植株,经过多次继代培养后,再生植株分为2大类型:(1)完全不结实株,形状与 F_1杂种相似,染色体数2n=36。(2)结有少量种子的植株,性状介于双亲之间,染色体数2n=24。我们的结果表明:幼穗培养是克服稻属种间杂种不育性的一条有效途径。

摘  要:
The experimental materials were young panicles of an interspecific hybrid F_1[O.sativa(AA,an=24)×O.latifolia(CCDD)2n=48].The genotype of the hybrid isan allotriploid(ACD)3n=36.Young panicles were used for callus induction andplant regeneration.After several cycles of subcultures regenerated plants were recoveredand which could be classified into 2 categories:(1).The complete sterility plantletshaving the similar botanical characters as F_1 hybrid(allotriploid),chromosome number 2n=36.(2).Plantlets with few seeds having botanical Characters of intermediatebetween the two parents,chromosome number 2n=24.Our results showed that tissuesof young panicles in process of culture in vitro is an efficient way to overcome the hybrid sterility for interspecific hybridization in Oryza.
