十二个野生稻及两个远缘杂种的茎节培养

摘  要:
本文以稻属十二个野生种及两个远缘杂种的茎节为材料,外植体在 N_6添加 NAA0.5mg/l,2,4-D 2mg/l 和3%蔗糖的培养基上诱导愈伤组织,继尔转入 MS 培养基促成体细胞胚分化。结果表明:所有接种材料均能长出愈伤组织,出愈率范围为7.4—48.0%,平均出愈率为20.7%。除重颖野生稻、紧穗野生稻及印度野生稻未分化植株外,其余野生种均产生试管植株,绿苗再生率为0—50%

摘  要:
The stem nodes of 12 wild species of Oryzae and 2 distant hybridswere used as experimental materials.The explants were plated on N_6 medium supple-mented NAA 0.5mg/l,2,4-D 2mg/l and 3% sucrose to induce callus.The calliwere transferred into MS medium added NAA 2mg/l,IAA 0.5mg/l to produce soma-tic embroydis.The results indicate that all materials plated can form callus with therange of 7.4-48.0%.Callus inducing frequency averaged 20.7%.Apart from O.gra-ndiglumis,O.eichingeri,O.oivara,all wild species produce the green plantlets,withthe frequency of 0—50%.
