聚乙二醇渗透处理对膜荚黄芪种子发芽及幼苗抗冷害的影响

摘  要:
以不同质量浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)对黄芪种子进行渗透处理,观察其对种子萌发及幼苗抗冷害能力的影响。结果表明:各处理黄芪种子的发芽率、发芽势以及胚根和胚轴的生长量均高于对照组,其中,300 g/L(48 h)处理组的发芽率最高(68.80%),比对照提高60.75%,发芽势亦最高(55.20%),比对照提高193.62%;对黄芪种子的硬实率没有明显影响;低浓度PEG能促进子叶的生长,但抑制胚根的生长。在本试验中,300 g/L处理组能够提高幼苗子叶中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)的积累水平,说明聚乙二醇渗透处理可以缓解低温吸胀对种子的伤害,提高幼苗抗冷害的能力。

摘  要:
After the osmotic treatment for the seeds of Astraglus membranaceus with different concentration of PEG,its seed germination rate,vigor of germination and the growth condition of its caulicle and embryonic root became higher than those of the check plants.Especially higher was the seed germination rate(68.80%),60.75% higher than the contrast;the vigor of germination was also the highest(53.20%),193.62% higher than the contrast.But no obvious effect on its hard seed rate was determined.The treatment of low concentration of PEG improved the growth of its cotyledon and prevented the growth of its embryonic root.The osmotic treatment with PEG improved the activity of POD,CAT and SOD and decreased the accumulation level of MDA in its cotyledons.The result showed that the osmotic treatment with PEG for its seeds abates the low temperature injury for its seeds and improves cold resistance ability of its seedlings of Astraglus membranaceus.
