摘 要:
建立了鱼糜中阿苯达唑及其代谢物阿苯达唑亚砜、阿苯达唑砜和阿苯达唑-2-氨基砜多残留同时检测的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)方法。鱼糜样品经乙酸乙酯提取,正己烷净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测。本方法中阿苯达唑定量限为0.5μg/kg,线性范围为0.5~50ng/mL;阿苯达唑亚砜、阿苯达唑砜和阿苯达唑-2-氨基砜的定量限均为0.1μg/kg,线性范围为0.1-~10ng/mL。在加标水平为0.5~5.0μg/kg时阿苯达唑的平均回收率为96.6%~99.7%,RSD为5.95%~9.95%;在加标水平为0.1~1.0μg/kg时,阿苯达唑代谢物的平均回收率为90.8%~105.6%,RSD为2.16%~9.15%。

摘 要:
A method for determination of albendzole ( ABZ) and its metabolites, albendazole sulfox-ide( ABZSO) , albendazole sulfone ( ABZSO2 ) and albendazole aminosulfone ( ABZ-2-NH2 -SO2 ) in surimi with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS /MS) was established. The surimi samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and cleaned up by n-hexane, and detec-ted by LC-MS/MS. The limit of quantitation ( LOQ) of ABZ was 0. 5μg/kg, and the linear range was 0?5-50 ng/mL, while the LOQ of its metabolites was 0. 1μg/kg, and the linear range was 0. 1-10 ng/mL. When the standard addition level was 0. 5 -5μg/kg, the average recoveries of ABZ was 96. 6% -99. 7%,and the RSD was 5. 95% -9. 95%. When the standard addition level was 0. 1-1μg/kg, the av-erage recoveries of its metabolites was 90. 8% -105. 6%,and the RSD was 2. 16% -9. 15%.
