浅析政府采购仪器设备中的经济学

摘  要：
随着国家对科技创新投入力度的加大,政府使用财政资金购买各科研院所仪器设备的数额也在不断增加。在选购进口设备还是国产设备方面,思想观念上存在着许多分歧,该文试图通过经济学的角度对政府采购仪器设备的某些常见现象进行分析,并推出建设性意见,以供相关部门参考。

摘  要：
With the increasing investment in science and technology innovation,the amount of various scientific research instruments and equipment purchased by fiscal funds is also growing.There are many different ideas on choosing the imported equipment or domestic equipment.This paper attempted to analyze some common situations of government purchasing based on the economics,and put forward some suggestions in order to provide the reference for the related departments.
