临沂市甘薯产业现状与发展思考

摘  要：
临沂市是甘薯的传统主产区,种植面积稳定在5.33万hm2,已成为全国重要的鲜食型甘薯种植基地。为推进甘薯产业的健康发展,笔者分析了临沂市甘薯生产具有规模生产、栽培模式多样、新型经营主体规范的优势和存在品种更新换代慢、机械化程度低、加工水平低等问题,提出了发展方向和目标。

摘  要：
Linyi City is the traditional main producing area of sweet potato,and its planting area is stable at 53 300 hm2,which has become an important national sweet potato planting base. In order to promote the healthy development of sweet potato industry,the author analyzed the advantages( Large-scale production,various cultivation modes,new type business subject) and main problems( slow variety replacement,low mechanization degree,and low processing level) of sweet potato production in Linyi City,and put forward the development direction and objectives.
