乙草胺乳油的溶剂提取法改进

摘  要:
[方法]针对当前农药乳油剂型普遍存在的持效性低与环境污染严重等一系列问题,以乙草胺为芯材,以聚己内酯(PCL)作为壁材,提出采用溶剂提取法制备农药微胶囊和水乳剂的混合剂型。同时,对产品的稳定性、包药率与载药率、释放曲线、尺寸与形貌等进行了表征并考察了制备过程中搅拌速率、温度、表面活性剂、芯壁质量比等因素对产品性能的影响。[结果]混合制剂产品稳定性良好,缓释性能可以达到25 d以上。[结论]与常用的乳油剂型相比,该混合剂型提高了农药利用率与持效性并减少或消除了有机溶剂的使用而降低了环境污染;与微胶囊剂型相比,减少了制备过程中的农药损失,降低了成本。该方法简单易行,成本低廉。

摘  要:
[Methods] The aim s were to solve the serious defects of emulsifiable concentrate(EC) such as low persistence effect and environmental pollution. The solvent extraction method was proposed to prepare the mixed formulation of the microcapsule suspension(CS) and oil-in-water emulsion(EW) with acetochlor as the core material and poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) as the wall material. At the same time, the stability, encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading, release kinetics, size and morphology of the product were characterized, in addition, the effects of the stirring rate, temperature, surfactant, mass ratio of core material to wall material on the performance of the product were investigated. [Results] The mixed formulation showed good stability, and the duration of the release of acetochlor was longer than 25 days. [Conclusions] Compared to the oil-in-water emulsion, the mixed formulation can improve the persistence effect and reduce or eliminate the use of organic solvent, thus the environmental pollution can be relieved. It can also reduce the loss of pesticide and the cost during the preparation compared to the microcapsulesuspension.Finally, this method can be operated easily with low cost.
