烟农对专业化服务采纳的行为研究—基于资源基础和交易成本的视角

摘  要:
基于河南省烟叶产区450户烟农调研数据,运用似不相关回归模型实证分析了烟农专业化服务采纳行为及其影响因素。结果显示,烟农更愿意采纳育苗和耕地起垄等劳动密集和技术密集生产环节的专业化服务,而烘烤、分级等不确定性较高的核心生产环节烟农采纳专业化服务程度较低。烟农年龄越大、家庭农业劳动力短缺提高了烟农采纳育苗和耕地起垄专业化服务的积极性;而农业收入占比越高、烤房和农业机械专用性物质资产占用越多则明显抑制了农户采纳烘烤、分级和耕地起垄环节专业化服务的意愿;烟叶种植规模明显促进了烟叶生产环节专业化服务的实现。

摘  要:
Within the resource base and transaction cost based on survey data of tobacco farmers in Henan tobacco-growing areas, this paper conducted empirical analysis of tobacco farmers' adoption behaviors of specialized services and related influencing factors. Results showed that tobacco farmers tended to adopt the labor-intensive and technology-intensive specialized services during production process of seeding, cultivating and ridging while, less likely to do so when it came to such production process as flue-curing and grading where much uncertainty was involved. Aging problem and inadequate labor in a particular household would make them more willing to purchase specialized services during seeding, cultivating and ridging. The higher the proportion of agricultural income in the household total income, the more curing barns and agricultural machinery were applied, the less willing to adopt specialized services in curing, grading and cultivating and ridging. Large scale planting of tobacco significantly promoted adoption of specialized services during tobacco production.
