青霉素和Ca~(2+)对小白菜老化种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要：
用不同浓度的青霉素和Ca2+处理小白菜老化种子,试验结果表明,适宜浓度的青霉素和Ca2+对小白菜老化种子的发芽率,幼苗的根系活力,叶片叶绿素含量有明显的促进作用。其中青霉素以400mg/L效果最好,Ca2+以0.015mg/L浓度是作用最佳,青霉素与Ca2+互作以0.015mg/L的Ca2++400mg/L的青霉素效果最好。

摘  要：
The effects of the different of penicillion and Ca~2~+ on the germination of aged cabbage seed were studied.The results showed that some characteristics were improved with the suitable concentration of penicillin and Ca~2~+.Such as cabbage seed germination percentage,the chlorophyll of leaves,the vigour of root system.The ideal concentration of penicillin was 400mg/L,and 0.015mg/L of Ca~2~+ was good,The(0.015)mg/L Ca~2~++100mg/L penicillin was best.
