摘 要:
文章分析了有机硅耐高温底漆的主要成分及其作用:耐高温树脂为丙烯酸树脂、有机硅树脂,可以在高温下保持其性能;助剂为硅烷偶联剂、2-甲氧基-1-甲基乙烷基醋酸盐,可以提高涂料的相容性和稳定性;溶剂为乙酸乙酯、二甲苯(混合异构体)、1-丁醇;颜填料为Ca SO4、硅酸盐,可以提高涂料精细度、表面光滑度、增加对基材的附着力、提高漆膜致密性;固化剂为异氰酸酯,通过与丙烯酸树脂、有机硅树脂反应,形成交联聚合物。

摘 要:
This paper analyzes the main components and effects of high temperature resistant silicone primer:high temperature resistant resin for acrylic resin,silicone resin,can maintain its performance under high temperature;additives for silane coupling agent,2-methoxy-1-methyl ethyl acetate can improve the compatibility and stability of coatings;solvent is ethyl acetate,xylene(mixed isomers),1- Ca SO4,butanol;fillers can improve the fineness of silicate,coating,surface smoothness and increased adhesion to the substrate,enhancing consistence;curing agent for isocyanate by reaction with acrylic resin,silicone resin,forming a crosslinked polymer.
