摘 要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平β-葡聚糖对肉兔生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。选取240只体重相近的35日龄断奶伊拉商品兔,随机分为4组,每组60个重复,每个重复1只兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.03%、0.05%、0.07%的β-葡聚糖。预试期5 d,正试期22 d。结果表明:1)试验Ⅱ组、试验I组和试验III组平均日采食量分别比对照组高2.89%(P<0.05)、1.49%(P>0.05)和1.14%(P> 0.05),试验Ⅱ组、试验III组和试验I组平均日增重分别比对照组高5. 80%(P <0.05)、3.20%(P>0.05)和1.72%(P>0.05)。2)试验Ⅱ组的胸腺指数极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),圆小囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅲ组的血清白蛋白(ALB)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组的血清葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著或极显著低于试验Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)试验Ⅱ组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮添加β-葡聚糖可提高肉兔平均日采食量和平均日增重,增加免疫器官指数,提高机体的免疫力和消化吸收代谢能力。本试验条件下,饲粮中β-葡聚糖适宜添加水平为0.05%。

摘 要:
This experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary different levels ofβ-glucan on growth performance,immune organ indexes,serum biochemical and immune indexes of meat rabbits. A total of 240 thirty-five-day-old weaned Hyla commercial rabbits with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with60 replicates in each group and 1 rabbit in each replicate. Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢwere fed basal diets supplemented with 0.03%,0.05% and 0.07%β-glucan,respectively. The pretrial period was 5 days,and the experiment period was 22 days. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of experimental groupⅡ,experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅢwas increased by 2.89%(P<0.05),1.49%(P>0.05)and 1.14%(P>0.05),respectively;and the average daily gain of experimental groupⅡ,experimental groupⅢand experimental groupⅠwas increased by 5.80%(P<0.05),3.20%(P>0.05)and 1.72%(P>0.05),respectively. 2)The thymus index of experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 01),and the cysts index was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 3)The serum albumin(ALB)content of experimental groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the serum glucose oxidase(GOD)activity of experimental groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in serum of experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢwere significantly lower than those of experimental groupⅠand control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 4)The serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content of experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that that of the control group(P<0.01),the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content of experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-6(IL-6)content of experimental groupⅡwas significantly lower than that that of the control group(P<0.01). In summary,dietaryβ-glucan can improve the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of meat rabbits,increase the immune organ index,improve the body immunity and digestion,absorption and metabolism ability.
