摘  要：
以家庭内部劳动分工为视角,运用新家庭经济学的比较优势理论,深入分析了西北农村留守妇女的从业困境,并通过分解妇女可支配劳动时间,认为农村留守妇女在可购买家务劳动条件下,外出务工可以提高总效用。最后,针对影响农村留守妇女的从业因素提出相应对策。

摘  要：
From the perspective of family division of labor,using the new home economics theory of comparative advantage,the plight of rural women being left behind was expounded in depth.Through the decomposition of women's disposable labor time,women being left behind in rural areas can be purchased in terms of household labor,and the migrant workers can increase total utility.Finally,corresponding countermeasures were proposed in response to the employment of rural women being left behind.
