高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性部分的抗氧化效果

摘  要:
通过测定高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性部分对体外体系中氧自由基 (OFR)的消除率及其对小白鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH - px)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量来探讨高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性部分抗缺氧机制。结果发现在浓度为 5 % ,10 % ,2 0 %时 ,高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性部分能有效消除体外体系产生的氧自由基和羟基自由基 ,其自由基消除率与浓度呈正相关 ;浓度为 10 %时 ,高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性部分能显著提高小白鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性 ,降低血液中肌酸激酶活性 ,减少血液中丙二醛含量 ,显著延长小白鼠在缺氧条件下的生存时间

摘  要:
To explore the anti-hypoxic mechmim of fat soluble component extracted from muscle of Plateau zokor(Myospalax baileyi),the ratio of scavenging oxygen free radical(OFR)in external free radicalgeneration system,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathioneperoxidase(GSH-PX),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum of mouse were determined.The results wereshowed that 5%,10%, and 20% of fat soluble component scavengedeffectively OFR in a dose depending manner in external free radicalgeneration system.10% of fat soluble component increased markedly the activity of SOD and GSH-PX,decreased the activity of LDH,reduced the content of MDA in serum of mouse and prolonged the survival time of mouse in senile condition.
