摘  要:
试验旨在研究添加不同锌源与水平羟基蛋氨酸锌对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选择400日龄海兰褐蛋鸡576羽,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复24羽。对照组饲喂添加70 mg/kg硫酸锌(以锌计)的基础日粮,其余各组分别添加40、60、80 mg/kg的羟基蛋氨酸锌(以锌计)来替代基础日粮中的硫酸锌。预试期1周,正式试验期42 d。结果表明:添加80 mg/kg的羟基蛋氨酸锌能显著提高试验后期与全期的产蛋率与日产蛋重(P<0.05),有降低蛋鸡试验期内破蛋率的趋势,且产蛋率和日产蛋重与羟基蛋氨酸锌的添加水平呈二次线性关系(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理1组与2组第14 d蛋壳强度显著增加,处理3组第28 d蛋壳显著加厚(P<0.05);第42 d蛋壳颜色与羟基蛋氨酸锌添加水平呈二次线性关系(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,处理1组显著提高第14 d哈夫单位(P<0.05),处理2组显著加深第14 d与第28 d蛋黄色泽(P<0.05),处理3组显著加深第14 d蛋黄色泽(P<0.05)。综合考虑,为保证蛋鸡的正常生产与蛋品质,在产蛋后期,添加80 mg/kg的羟基蛋氨酸锌来替代基础日粮中的硫酸锌效果最好。

摘  要:
The experiment was carried out for evaluting the effect of the zinc sources and different doseges of hydroxymethionine chelates zinc(MHA-Zn) on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens in the later stage. A total of 576 layers(Hy-Line Brown, 400-day-old) were randomly allocated to four groups with six replicates per treatment and 24 birds per replicate. The hens in control group were fed with basal diet added 70 mg/kg zinc sulphate(as zinc), and the hens in treatment 1, 2 and 3 groups were fed with MHA-Zn at the inclution levels of 40, 60 and 80 mg/kg(as zinc) in replacing zinc sulphate, respectively. The experiment comprised of one week preliminary and 42 days test time period. The results showed that: the addition of 80 mg/kg of MHA-Zn significantly increased the laying rate and the daily egg production for the whole period(P<0.05), also the broken egg rate trended to reduction in the experiment. The relationship between laying rate, daily egg production and the supplemental levels of MHA-Zn was quadratic curve(P<0.05). In comparation with control group, the egg shell strength of treatment 1 group and 2 group was increased significantly on the 14 th day of experiment, the egg shell thickness of treatment 3 group was significantly thicker on the 28 th day of experiment(P<0.05); the relationship between the 28 th day of the egg shell color and the inclusion levels of MHA-Zn was quadratic curve(P<0.01). Compared to control group, the hami unit in treatment 1 group significantly increased on the 14 th day of experiment(P<0.05), and the color of the yolk in treatment 2 group significantly darker on the 14 th day and 28 th day of experiment(P<0.05), and the color of the yolk in treatment 3 group significantly darker on the 14 th day of experiment(P<0.05). In order to ensure the performance of the laying hens and the quality of the eggs, adding 80 mg/kg of the MHA-Zn to replace zinc sulphate of the basal diet is the optimal dose in the late stage of the laying.
