摘  要:
本试验旨在研究羟基蛋氨酸锌(MHA-Zn)对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫相关基因表达的影响。选取体重和产蛋率相近的57周龄海兰灰蛋鸡960只,随机分为4个组,每组8个重复,每个重复30只。参照NRC(1994)蛋鸡饲养标准和海兰公司推荐的饲粮营养水平配制玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(锌含量35.08 mg/kg),对照组在基础饲粮中添加80 mg/kg硫酸锌(以锌计),试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加20、40和80 mg/kg MHA-Zn(以锌计)。预试期4周,正试期12周。结果表明:1)各组之间蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量、料蛋比、日产蛋重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组之间鸡蛋的蛋白高度、哈夫单位和蛋黄颜色均无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。40和80 mg/kg MHA-Zn组鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度均显著高于对照组和20 mg/kg M HA-Zn组(P <0. 05),破蛋率显著低于对照组和20 mg/kg M HA-Zn组(P <0. 05)。3)各组之间蛋鸡的脾脏免疫相关基因核因子-κB1(NF-κB1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10) mRNA的相对表达量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。80 mg/kg MHA-Zn组的脾脏白细胞介素-8(IL-8) mRNA的相对表达量显著低于40 mg/kg MHA-Zn组(P<0.05),40 mg/kg M HA-Zn组显著低于20 mg/kg M HA-Zn组(P <0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加40和80 mg/kg的MHA-Zn可显著提高蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度,显著降低破蛋率,并显著降低促炎因子IL-8mRNA的相对表达量。建议产蛋后期蛋鸡饲粮中M HA-Zn适宜添加水平为40 mg/kg。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of methionine hydroxy analog chelate zinc(MHA-Zn) on performance,eggshell quality and immune-related gene expression of laying hens during later period of laying. A total of 960 Hy-Line grey laying hens( 57-week-old) with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned into 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 30 hens per replicate. The corn-soybean meal basal diet( zinc content was 35.08 mg/kg) was formulated according to NRC( 1994) standard for laying hens and the recommended nutrient levels of Hy-Line company,hens in the control group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 80 mg/kg zinc sulfate( as zinc),and hens in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20,40 and 80 mg/kg MHA-Zn( as zinc),respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 4 weeks,and the experimental period lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed as follows:1) there were no significant differences in laying rate,average egg weight,average daily feed intake,feed to egg ratio and daily egg mass of laying hens among all groups( P>0.05). 2) There were no significant differences in albumen height,Haugh unit and yolk color of eggs among all groups( P > 0. 05). The eggshell strength and eggshell thickness of eggs in 40 and 80 mg/kg MHA-Zn groups were significantly higher than those in control group and 20 mg/kg MHA-Zn group( P < 0. 05),and the broken egg rate was significantly lower than that in control group and 20 mg/kg MHA-Zn group( P<0.05). 3) There were no significant differences in the mRNA relative expression levels of immune-related genes such as nuclear factor-κB1( NF-κB1),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) and interleukin-10( IL-10) in spleen among all groups( P > 0. 05). The mRNA relative expression level of interleukin-8( IL-8) in spleen in 80 mg/kg MHA-Zn group was significantly lower than that in 40 mg/kg MHA-Zn group( P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression level of IL-8 in spleen in 40 mg/kg MHA-Zn group was significantly lower than that in 20 mg/kg MHA-Zn group( P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 40 and 80 mg/kg MHA-Zn can significantly increase the eggshell thickness and eggshell strength,significantly decrease the broken egg rate,and significantly decrease the mRNA relative expression level of proinflammatory factor IL-8. The optimal dietary MHA-Zn level of laying hens during later period of laying is 40 mg/kg.
