农村法治文化建设研究——以潜江市L村为例

首先阐述了法治文化的内涵及其建设的重要性,其次说明了农村法治文化建设的内容及目标。根据调研情况,分析了潜江市L村法治文化建设的现状,并指出目前农村法治文化建设的困境,最后提出推进农村法治文化建设的思考。

摘  要：
First the connotation and construction importance of the rule of law culture were illustrated, then the contents and goal of construction of the rule of law culture in rural areas were expounded. According to the research situation, the current construction status of the rule of law culture in L village of Qianjiang city was analyzed, and the current plights in construction of rural rule of law culture were pointed out, last the thoughts for promoting the construction of rural rule of law culture were put forward.
