依法治国与以德治国都是我国治国的基本方略,将二者结合运用是中国特色社会主义法治道路鲜明的特征。法治与德治是治理国家的两个重要机制,二者相辅相成、相互渗透,德治与法治不仅是对中国传统文化的继承发展,更是中国法治建设的必然要求。只有坚持二者有效结合,国家才能走上良性循环发展的轨道。

摘  要：
The rule of law and the rule of virtue are the basic strategy of our country, the combination of the two is the distinctive characteristics of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The rule of law and the rule of virtue are two important mechanisms for the governance of the country. They complement and permeate each other. The rule of virtue and the rule of law are not only the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture, but also the inevitable requirements for the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. Only by combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue can the country embark on a virtuous cycle of development.
