江华苦茶秋季茶叶生化成分分析

摘  要:
利用紫外分光光度计法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对江华苦茶群体品种茶树秋季鲜叶进行了生化成分分析,全面系统地了解江华苦茶群体品种秋季茶叶内含成分变化的特点,筛选出一批氨基酸和茶氨酸含量表现较为优秀的单株及生化成分特异的资源。

摘  要:
Using UV spectrophotometer method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to analyze the biochemical component infresh leaves of group varieties of Camellia sinensis var.assamica cv.Jianghua.According to the change characteristics of contains composition in the fresh leaves of group varieties of Camellia sinensis var.assamica cv.Jianghua,a group of individuals with higher content of amino acids and tea acid were screened,and some tea resources with specific biochemical components were found.
