摘 要：
More attentions were paid to the contamination problem of aflatoxin in milk.It not only harms the body health of humans,but it also affects the milk quality,which caused the serious economic loss.The properties,characteristics of aflatoxin and the sources of aflatoxin in milk were analyzed.And some measures for controlling the pollution of aflatoxin in milk were proposed,so as to ensure the quality safety of milk.
