香菇多糖的提取工艺研究

摘  要:
采用热水法浸提香菇多糖,按照原料处理、烘干、粉碎、称样配比、热水浸提、抽滤、离心、纯化、浓缩、醇提、定容、稀释、苯酚-硫酸法测量、吸光度测量,然后以葡萄糖作为标准品计算香菇多糖得率的工艺流程。在控制单因素的情况下,分别探讨提取时间、提取温度、料液比及提取次数对香菇多糖提取率的影响,测得香菇多糖提取的最佳提取时间3 h、最佳提取温度85℃、最佳提取料液比1∶30、最佳提取次数3次。通过正交试验测得在多因素影响下香菇多糖提取的最佳工艺组合为提取温度85℃、料液比1∶30、提取时间2 h、提取次数1次,提取率达5.61%。该方法容易操作、准确、灵敏度高,是一种无污染而且花费较少的香菇多糖提取工艺。

摘  要:
This paper uses the hot water method extracting polysaccharides from Lentinula edodes. According to raw material processing,drying,crushing,sample ratio,hot water extraction, filtering, centrifugal, purification, concentration, alcohol extraction, constant volume, dilution, phenol sulfuric acid method, measuring absorbance measurements and then using glucose as standard calculation of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide yield technology process. In the control of single factors, discusses the extraction time, temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on the extraction rate of polysaccharide of Lentinus edodes,measured mushroom polysaccharide extraction optimum extraction time is 3 h, the best extraction temperature is 85 ℃, the optimal leaching liquid material ratio is 1∶30, the optimal number of extraction is 3 times. Then through the orthogonal tests in multiple factors of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide extraction optimum combination for: extraction temperature of 85 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶30, extraction time 2 h, extraction times 1. The extraction rate was 5.61%. The method is easy to operate,accuracy, high sensitivity, it is a pollution-free and spend less on extraction technology of lentinan.
