摘  要：
《葡萄种质资源描述规范和数据标准》是由国家自然科技资源共享平台项目资助出版的,它具有一定的系统性、可比性和可靠性,以下简称《标准》。介绍了《标准》的内容及意义;它与我国其他葡萄资源类标准比较的不同之处及需要进一步修改完善的内容;对可溶性固形物测定的日期、深色种质可滴定酸的测定作了进一步的解释说明,并对"同一描述性状在不同章节中的比对运用"的必要性进行了举例说明;作者还对《标准》存在的问题进行了补充说明,并对它的推广与实行提出了一些建议。

摘  要：
The Publication of Description and Data Standard for GRAPE(Vitis L.) was financed by the Resources Sharing Platform of National Natural Science and Technology.The standard focused on systematicness,comparability and reliability.This paper introduced its contents and meaning,the differences compared with the other STANDARDS related with grape re-source s in China,and some contents which should be revised and improved in the STANDARD.This paper paid more atten-tion to the time of soluble solid determination and the determination methods of total acidity for the germplasm with dark berry color.And it was suggested that how to use the contrast to describe the same characteristics exactly was very important.The problems existed in the STANDARD was discussed.Some recommendation on the application of STANDARD was given as well.
