不同炮制白僵蚕中草酸铵和白僵菌素含量与外观性状的相关性研究

摘  要：
为探究不同炮制白僵蚕中草酸铵和白僵菌素含量与外观性状的相关性,采用HPLC-UV法分别测定不同批次白僵蚕与炒僵蚕中草酸铵和白僵菌素的含量,利用SPSS 26.0软件将白僵蚕和炒僵蚕的单体质量、长度、直径、丝腺环数与草酸铵和白僵菌素含量进行相关性分析.结果表明,白僵蚕中草酸铵和白僵菌素含量呈显著正相关,且这两个成分含量与白僵蚕外观性状也均呈显著正相关;炒僵蚕中白僵菌素含量与外观性状呈显著正相关,而草酸铵含量与白僵菌素含量及各外观性状指标均无相关关系.该结果可为白僵蚕、炒僵蚕饮片质量评价提供参考,也可为炒僵蚕炮制工艺的规范提供线索.

摘  要：
To study the correlation between the contents of ammonium oxalate and beauvericin and their appearance in different products of Bombyx Batryticatus,HPLC?UV method was used to determine the contents of ammonium oxalate and beauvericin both in different batches of Bombyx Batryticatus and Fried Bombyx Batryticatus,and their correlation with the weight,length,diameter and the number of silkgland rings of Bombyx Batryticatus and Fried Bombyx Batrytica?tus was analyzed by SPSS 260 software.Results showed that the contents of ammonium oxalate and beauvericin in Bom?byx Batryticatus were positively correlated,and the contents of two components were also positively correlated with the ap?pearance traits of Bombyx Batryticatus.Furthermore,there was a significant positive correlation between the content of beauvericin and its appearance traits of Fried Bombyx Batryticatus;however,there was no correlation between ammonium oxalate content and beauvericin content or other appearance traits.The results can provide reference for the quality evaluation of the products of Bombyx Ba?tryticatus and Fried Bombyx Batryticatus,and supply basis for standardizing its processing technology.
