摘  要：
运用方差分析法研究了不同产区、不同部位烟叶中蛋白质、氨基酸含量和主流烟气中氨释放量的差异。采用描述统计、逐步回归分析、偏相关分析和通径分析研究了烟叶中蛋白质、氨基酸含量与主流烟气中氨释放量的关系,建立了多元逐步回归方程。结果表明:烟叶中蛋白质、脯氨酸与主流烟气中氨呈极显著相关;烟叶中蛋白质、脯氨酸与主流烟气中氨释放量的相关性主要取决于直接作用。

摘  要：
Relation between contents of protein, free amino acids in tobacco leaves and ammonia contents in mainstream cigarette smoke was investigated by analysis of variance, descriptive statistics, stepwise regression, partial correlation and path analysis. Multiple stepwise regression equation was established. Results showed that ammonia contents in mainstream cigarette smoke were significantly positively correlated with contents of protein and proline in tobacco leaves.
