灵芝三萜类化合物分批发酵的动力学模型研究

摘  要:
利用DPS软件,研究了灵芝三萜类化合物在摇瓶培养和发酵罐分批发酵中的动力学特征。结果表明:菌丝体质量浓度曲线均为典型的S型曲线;菌体生长动力学模型均符合Logistic方程;发酵罐培养的菌体生长速率快,生物量大。

摘  要:
The kinetics characteristics of japoncium of Ganoderma lucidum during batch fermentation in shaking flask and tank were observed by using DPS software.The results showed that the curves of mycelium mass concentration were typical S-shaped.The mycelium growth kinetic model accorded with the Logistic equation.The mycelium had faster growth rate and bigger biomass when its batch fermentation was conducted in tank.
