摘  要:
以8个灵芝菌株为试验材料进行代料栽培试验,研究其菌包成活率、高温烂棒率、农艺性状、现蕾时间、产粉时间、孢子粉采收时间、孢子粉及子实体产量;检测孢子粉中有效成分灵芝多糖和三萜含量。数据分析结果表明,孢子粉产量最高为美芝,其次是角芝、沪农1号;子实体产量最高为韩芝,其次是日芝、泰山。孢子粉中三萜含量沪农1号最高,其次是113和美芝;孢子粉中灵芝多糖含量113最高,其次是沪农1号和美芝。试验筛选出美芝、角芝、113和沪农1号4个育粉灵芝菌株可用于灵芝工厂化栽培。

摘  要:
Eight strains Ganoderma lingzhi were substitute-cultivated as test materials to study the survival rate of fungus package, high temperature rod failure rate, agronomic characteristics, budding days, sporulation days, harvest days of spore powder,and yield of spore powder and fruit body. The content of virtual components polysaccharide and triterpene in G. lingzhi spore powder were detected and the data was analyzed. The results showed that Meizhi has the highest yield of spore powder, followed by Jiaozhi and Hunong No.1. Hanzhi has the highest fruit body yield, followed by Rizhi and Taishan. Hunong No.1 has the highest content of triterpenoids in spore powder, followed by 113 and Meizhi. The content of polysaccharide in spore powder of 113 was the highest, followed by Hunong No.1 and Meizhi. The results showed that Meizhi, Jiaozhi, 133 and Hunong No.1 could be used for industrial cultivation of breeding powder G. lingzhi.
