摘 要:
研究了高温胁迫对4个不同品种羽衣甘蓝(Brassica oleracea var.acephala)生理特性的影响。结果表明,随高温胁迫时间的延长,不同品种羽衣甘蓝的叶绿素含量显著下降;幼苗叶片中丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量与质膜透性增加;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性先升高后下降,不同品种间差异显著;京引104203和白罗裙的耐热性强,叶牡丹和穆斯博耐热性较弱。

摘 要:
The effects of high temperature stress on physiological characteristics of Brassica oleracea seedlings were investigated. The results showed that, with the increasing of the high tempreture stress, the relative electric conductivity, the malondialdehyde(MDA) content, and free proline content were gradually increased, but chlorophyll content decreased in different varieties. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activities increased dramatically in treatment early, while then began to decline later, and there were significant differences among different varieties. Research data showed that, Jingyin 104203 and Poirot skirt had stronger heat resistance than Musbo and leaf Peony.
