科技期刊编辑人才队伍建设及培养路径——以《河南农业科学》为例

以《河南农业科学》为例,从科技期刊对编辑人才需求的特点出发,探讨了科技期刊编辑人才队伍建设及培养的路径:即在建立一支专业、学历、年龄、职称结构合理的编辑队伍的同时,注重岗前培训;采用多种方式提高编辑的业务能力;同时要特别重视编辑的职业道德培养。

摘  要：
According to the demand characteristics of editor staffs in scientific periodicals, this paper probed into the training and construction path of scientific periodicals' editor team by taking Journal of Henan Agricultural Sciences as an example. It was found that rational editors' majors, education backgrounds, ages and professional titles were essential to the construction of editor team. Special attention to professional ethics education as well as pre-career training through various ways was also important to the talent training.
