中药材产业技术创新联盟构建的瓶颈、模式与政策选择研究

摘  要：
在中国产业技术创新联盟快速发展背景下,为深入探究其政策选择问题,以中药材产业技术创新联盟为例,论证其构建过程中的瓶颈问题,并归纳梳理相关模式。通过文献梳理、逻辑分析,对中药材产业技术创新联盟构建进行了相应阐述,并从强化顶层设计制度、创新其体制机制诸方面,提出了相应地政策选择路径。

摘  要：
The aim was to study the policy choices with the rapid development of China industrial technology alliance. This study had the demonstration of bottleneck problem during the construction, and summed up relevant model, based on the Chinese herbal medicine alliance as an example to further explore the issue of policy choice. This thesis, by the method of documentary and logical analysis, articulated the construction of Chinese herbal medicine alliance, with policy advices on the top-level design and innovation of its institutional mechanisms accordingly.
