不同水培液对喜旱莲子草生长的影响

摘  要:
对喜旱莲子草在不同培养液不同培养环境中的生长情况做了研究,结果表明,在同一培养环境不同水培液中,Hoagland营养液和自来水中培养的叶片数基本保持不变,尿素液中培养的呈下降趋势;3种水培液中喜旱莲子草的根数均不断增加,且自来水效果好于营养液。在自来水中不同培养环境下,环境Ⅰ叶片数呈下降趋势,其余环境叶片数基本不变,环境Ⅱ叶片数略高于其余环境;环境Ⅱ根数增长幅度最大,III,IV次之,Ⅰ最小。综合分析得出,喜旱莲子草在自来水中自然光条件下生长最好。

摘  要:
We tested the growth condition of alligator weed at different solutions and habitats.It showed the different cultural solutions under the same habitat,it turned out to be: the number of leaves in both Hoagland solution and tap water sustained,while in urea solution presented downward-tendency;the number of roots were increased at the water solutions,while the effect of tap water was better than Hoagland solution,however in urea solution presented downward-tendency.We also tested the growth of the same solution under different habitats,it indicated: the number of leaves in all solution under habitatⅠ decreased,and which un-der other habitat unchanged basically,the number of leaves under habitat Ⅱwas larger than the other habitats;the number of roots under habitatⅡwas the largest.The number of roots under habitat Ⅲ and Ⅳ were between habitatⅡand habitatⅠ,habitatⅠwas the smallest.These results suggested that alligator weed in tap water under natural light developed best.
