空瘪核桃风选机风选系统的优化设计

摘  要:
以6XG-2000型空瘪核桃风选机为样机,进行设备风选系统的优化试验。通过开展调风板开度、卸风板开度对分离腔进料口风速、设备误差率的影响试验研究,确定调风板开度和卸风板开度的最佳参数分别为87°和10°,在该条件下,分离腔进料口风速为14 m/s,误差率为0.4%,清选效果最佳。

摘  要:
In this paper, 6XG-2000 hollow walnut air separator was used as a prototype, the optimization test of equipment air sorter system was carried out. Through the test of the influence of the opening degree of air regulating plate and the opening degree of air discharging plate on the wind speed and the error rate of equipment at the inlet of the separation chamber, the optimum parameters of the opening degree of air regulating plate and the opening degree of air discharging plate are 87° and 10°respectively. Under this condition, the air speed of the inlet of the separation chamber was 14 m/s, the error rate was 0.4%, and the cleaning effect was the best.
