板蓝根提取物对林可霉素体外抑菌作用的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究南板蓝根提取物对林可霉素注射液体外抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌作用的影响。[方法]采用水提醇沉法和60%乙醇回流提取法提取板蓝根,分别测定板蓝根提取物及林可霉素的抑菌圈直径和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。采用微量简化棋盘法,分别测定板蓝根提取物与林可霉素1∶1(V∶V)组合时的部分抑菌浓度指数(FIC),并以此来评价其抑菌作用。[结果]南板蓝根提取物与林可霉素均可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,板蓝根提取物对林可霉素抑制这3种菌的作用分别为相加、相加和协同作用。[结论]南板蓝根提取物对林可霉素注射液体外抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均具有增强作用。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the effects of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek extract on the antibacterial activity of Lincomycin in vitro.[Methods] Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek was extracted by water and ethanol(60%) respectively.The bacterial inhibition rings and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek extracts and Lincomycin against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were tested by filter paper method and the disk method.The joint antibacterial action of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek extract and Lincomycin tested by simplified method chessboard was recorded as the indicator of the Fraction Inhibited Concentration(FIC).[Result] Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were inhibited by Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek extract and Lincomycin.Radix isatidis extract and Lincomycin were additional effects for Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,but synergistic effect for Bacillus subtilis.[Conclusion] Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek extract can enhance the antibacterial activity of Lincomycin.
